HI, I am Kerry.  I am a passionate educator with 13 years teaching experience.  I hold both my Bachelors in Education with my major being English and my Honors in Inclusive education.  I have taught in a range of brick and mortar schools as well as online for the last 4 years. In 2021 I took the jump to make online teaching my primary income. 

Being a single mum of two little boys created this need in me to be there for them when school got out.  To see them walk out of the school each day, to have peace of mind when I take them to school because it was not rushed.  Choosing who I want to work and when I want to work.  This is what I wanted.  I wanted to be more available to my kids and family and so my journey started.

ESLYOURWAY seeks to help you with the tools you need to make your teaching either in class or online easier.  To create a safe place to be honest about teaching in both spheres.  To discuss the challenges of being a work at home mum, parent or just working from home but also celebrating the ability to work independently. To revel in the autonomy that we experience by working online.  So, if you are a digital nomad, a stay at home mum, a student or just inquisitive then this is the place for you.
